    Hello beautiful soul!

Life is a big play 🎭, and you are an actor (but also the director).
Every day, you can choose who you are, who you want to be.
“Dream big, because nothing is impossible!” Easier said than done you might think, BUT manifestation follows your beliefs, if you choose who you want to be and believe that you can become that version of yourself, you will!

Be the change you want to see!

“I want the change, I Will Make A Change”

Make a change by Nahko And Medicine For The People

I was scared to be “too much” in people’s faces, but here I am, I put down these statements, do with it what you want…

“You can look for a job, OR you can create one”
Entrepreneurship sounds scary because people have told you it’s the unsafe / risky career path. But if you believe you’ll succeed, you will succeed. It’s all in the manifestation 🙌🏼

NO I don’t have experience, but once again, do with this what you want, this is just my point of view 🙃

I want to start creating, I want to start my own business, create my own job! And that I’ll do 🙌🏼

Please share your thoughts in the comments!

Oh and here’s my monthly playlist, wanted to share bc I’m vibing on it so hard rn 🙌🏼😁💃

    Much love ☀️✨

  • ✨ The art of sharing ✨

Sharing is a beautiful thing! The intimacy of sharing after a ceremony, the connection and love! ❤️

I used to be scared to share, I’d hold back, to not get hurt, scared to be different, to be me… This sounds quite intense, I didn’t have a history of getting bullied, no trauma that made me think this way. But I feel like this is something most people have experienced and experience everyday, I still do too.
But I’m learning, or unlearning this way of thinking, I dare to share. First it was sharing after ceremonies, an intimate space, but then outside of these spaces. I’m starting to dress different than what’s “normal”, I’m more open about my view on life, more open about my interests! ✨✨✨
Still lots to “improve” but that’s fine too 😌

I felt called to share this 🙃😉, I feel that I have this website, this blog, why not use it and share more about myself!?!

I’ve also noticed that I share online and with people I don’t know very well, online communities, Breathwork & cacao ceremonies. I share information that could be considered private or personal, I sometimes wonder if I’m not over sharing in these situations, especially if it’s on social media or just online overall, for the whole world to see… 👀 I wonder if this could backfire or attract hate, but I manifest love and connection, so I’ll be alright 😉🙃

Please leave your thoughts in the comments, I’m hoping to build a community, I have so many plans for the future and if you feel called to connect with me please do! 😉🔥

  • 30 minutes of stillness

    30 minutes of stillness

Yesterday (2025-12-08) I decided to meditate in stillness for 30 minutes, no music, no guided journeys…

I was a bit worried, cause 30 minutes felt like a long time, but in the end it didn’t seem so long at all.

Here you can watch my reflection after these 30min:

    Original post:

    भ्रामरी प्राणायाम (Bhramari Pranayama) / Bee Breath

I love this practice and am very happy to start working with it again!

I first learned about this practice during a Cacao O’clock from Cacao Mastery (Dan Knowlson) with Emma-Louise Luna Light.
Here you can find that Cacao O’clock:

And here you can find videos of me practicing Bee Breath:

I’d love to dive deeper into the practice and write a separate post about it, so keep a look out 😉

    An act of surrender

I like to do this short ritual after an exhausting day, when not feeling comfortable and to practice surrendering.

Smudge yourself, your altar and space with palo santo, setting the intention to surrender and rest.

Rest in Bulasana (Child’s pose, eyes closed, facing your altar. (If your altar is on the ground you can rest your hands on the altar)

Stay like this for the duration of the song, notice what feelings come up. Maybe there’s something you want to let go, something that wants to be heard or felt.

  • Cacao ceremony today ❤️🙏🏼

    Cacao ceremony today ❤️🙏🏼

Today I held a solo cacao ceremony, just me, my cacao and music.

I do not always get the chance to have the living room all to myself, so when I did get that chance today I decided not to waste it.
First I was planning to revisit the first Cacao O’clock I’d ever joined:

But i more or less ended up “creating” my own ceremony instead:

    I started with giving thanks

Then I sang along with mostly AURORA’s songs and did some intuitive dancing, which was very nice! ☺️

    DIY Squeezable Cacao Toothpaste

While searching for cacao pods for my cacao ceremonies, I came across Buena Fruta Farm, which not only sold cacao pods but also cacao toothpaste. I loved the concept, but the shipping to the Netherlands was quite pricey. So, I decided to find a way to make my own. During my search, I discovered Sustainable Saturday’s recipe, which I tried, but it ended up hardening in the toothpaste tube and wouldn’t come out. Next, I looked for a recipe that would stay squeezable and found one from Homemade Mommy, though it didn’t include cacao. I combined the best of both recipes and came up with my own version:

Ingredients: (for about 50ml of toothpaste)

    • 3 tbsp bentonite clay
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 3/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
    • 3 tbsp (filtered/)water
    • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder

    Directions:

    • Melt the coconut oil
    • Put the melted coconut oil in a bowl / glass
    • add the bentonite clay, the baking soda, the Celtic sea salt, 2tbsp of the water and the cacao powder
    • Mix it up with a spoon / fork
    • Place in the refrigerator until it hardens
    • Add 1+ tbsp water and mix

Now your mixture should not be hard but have a bit of a clay texture.

You can put it in a Toothpaste Tube or a jar.
