Make a cup of cacao, herbal tea or water, log in online and enjoy ceremony from the comfort of your own home. Ceremony is always a beautiful gathering of hearts and intention in which I share prayer, songs, music, light language, innovations, oracle cards and there is an opportunity to share. These spaces are super intuitive and always different.

The transmissions are usually in English, though I can adjust to other languages (Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German) as needed 🙂

This circle is a place to come back into your body—to soften the edges, move what’s been lingering or stuck in your cacao circles or integration calls, and let your breath show you what your mind can’t solve. We begin by sipping cacao together to gently open the heart and turn up your inner listening… and then we let the breath do what it does best:

clear, regulate, release, and reveal.

Some months you’ll feel a deep emotional clearing.
Some months you’ll feel a quiet return to yourself.
Either way, you’ll leave with more space inside—more truth, more presence, more steadiness.

The aim of this gathering is to gather from all corners of the world, coming together in community on a monthly basis. It is your opportunity to be held, seen and witnessed and go that little bit deeper to receive beautiful insights, healing, activations or whatever is ready for you.

In this session, we’ll be breathing through our bodies to tap into our rhythm and creating expressing the truth of who we are with cacao.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork refers to various techniques that involve consciously changing the rhythm and depth of your breathing to achieve a desired physical or emotional state. By gently guiding your breath, you can clear energetic or emotional blockages, reduce stress, and enter a state of calm, focused awareness. This practice taps into your body’s innate wisdom—helping you release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and uncover deeper layers of self-awareness. In essence, breathwork provides a direct pathway to healing and growth, as it empowers you to connect with your inner world in a safe and supportive way.

What to Expect:

• Cacao to Open the Heart: Ceremonial cacao can help gently bring feelings and emotions to the surface. Rich in theobromine, it encourages warmth, openness, and self-reflection.
• Guided Breathwork Session: Breathwork helps you move through feelings and emotions that arise, releasing blocks and creating space for deeper clarity. Expect a 60-90 min guided journey that allows you to explore new perspectives and let go of what no longer serve. We will reserve time to share and connect powerfully with one another.

Wolf Moon: 

For the first Full Moon of 2026 (Full Moon in Cancer, Jan 3 at 2:03am PT)—a watery, heart-led lunation that spotlights home, belonging, emotional truth, and what you need to feel safe enough to soften. It’s a “come back to yourself” moon: continue releasin what’s been weighing on your nervous system, tend your inner world, and let care (for self and others) be the compass.

We will open our Hearts to look within and into the realm of possibility and new beginnings, thus ensuring that your new year’s goals are coming from a Heart-Centered place!

Susannah has worked as a counsellor, healer and massage therapist over the past 30 years. She felt the pull to work intuitively with plants in 2016 . This journey took her to work with master plant Ayahuasca in Peru where she continues to visit every few years. In early 2023 her Cacao journey began and Sue has been holding monthly cacao ceremonies in her small community in france , for just coming up to 2 years. Sue co-hosts “plant spirit” retreats in France once a year.
